The Grown Ups actress (in the French West Indies December 28) relies on the Cooler Cleanse to stay healthy. "I've been doing cleanses for 15 years," she tells Us magazine. "If I've been indulging in rich foods, a cleanse is a wonderful way to hit the reset button."
